(2) Personal Information that must be deleted or destroyed pursuant to Clause 7.6, but you request the restriction of the use of such Personal Information instead.

(4) The Company is in process of verifying as per Clause 7.3 (1) or checking as per Clause 7.3 (3) to reject to objection of you per Clause 7.3.
7.8 Right to File Complaints In case the Company or its employees or its officers infringe(s) or fail(s) to comply with the personal information protection laws, you are entitled to file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Thailand.

The Company may need to verify that your identity before proceeding with the request and shall use its best effort based on the capability of the relevant system to facilitate and proceed as requested by you without delay and shall notify the result of consideration to you within 30 days from the date of receiving such request, unless it appears that proceeding of such request can cause excessive burdens to the Company or be at risk of violating against the protection of personal information of others, or the company has its right to refuse such request, or be contrary to the laws, or in case that it is practically impossible to proceed as requested.
